Pizza Express and Frankie & Benny's will join leisure anchor tenants Odeon and Tenpin at Wilson Bowden Developments' 400,000 sqft Eagles Meadow retail and leisure scheme in Wrexham ahead of its opening in October.
Pizza Express will trade from 2,500 sqft, Frankie & Benny's from 3,000 sq ft. "With only four months to go before the launch of the scheme on October 30, this is a crucial time for us in securing tenants for the remainder of the units," said David Wilford, development manager at Wilson Bowden.
Leisure plays a key role in Eagles Meadow because an essential part of the scheme's aim is to enhance Wrexham's evening economy. According to Wilford, a deal with another prominent restaurant operator is due to be signed very soon.
